Hydrok UK Ltd was established in 1996 and occupies a purpose built 24,000 sq ft factory in mid Cornwall. Our skilled workforce produces over 60 screens per month.

Hydrok's new expanded factory and test facility has recently been opened by HRH the Duke of York, see our news items for the lowdown of the day.

Our new testing facility including a test tank and complete self contained 45,000 supply pumping station is available for use with our industry partners.

We have provided detailed information on screen performance, and advice on screen selection and sizing to provide the most appropriate and cost effective specifications.

We take pride in providing simple solutions to sometimes quite complex problems. Our experienced design team is available to discuss your requirements, and should one of our standard products not be suitable, our in house manufacturing facility will produce bespoke designs.

A unique screen design is at the heart of all Hydrok Screen Products. Hydrok Peak Screen, Mecmex & Airmex feature our unique wedgewire screening material. Airmex and Mecmex provide 6mm CSO screening in two directions. Hydrok UK Ltd are able to offer the Water Industry proven Screen Technology. We design engineering solutions for various screening requirements. All screening products are subjected to testing at the Wigan laboratories. Hydrok screens have proved to be amongst the most efficient with the test results indicating high performance levels and minimal operating costs. Screeenpack is a screening overflow package which provides an effective barrier against the effects of storm water and sewage mergers during periods of high flow. Spray Bars reduce the maintenance requirements of static screens. Peak Screens are usually positioned below access points so that operators can jet wash the screen without entering the chamber. Wash Water Systems can also be designed to operate remotely using the EcoPower Pack with its wind and solar power technology. The EcoPower Pack was developed to power Hydrok UK Ltd range of mechanical screens in remote locations. Our skilled engineers can install your purchase or we can provide full installation instructions. The Spider Channel Cleaner is a cost effective and simple way of cleaning discharge channels in circular tanks with rotating bridges.
